This article examines the healing potential of personal stories in a bibliotherapy workshop tailored for professionals. Integrating narrative therapy with philosophies like Kintsukuroi and the Wild Woman archetype, participants engaged in storytelling, guided meditation, and reflective exercises to foster self-discovery and emotional resilience. Techniques such as the Tree of Life exercise and positive affirmations enabled participants to reframe life challenges, highlighting their strengths. Findings reveal that this combination of narrative, literary, and mindfulness elements supports emotional well-being, connection, and empowerment.
